Was very quick to take our money but customer service was subpar. Decided to go with the ceramic coating on our vehicle, however, this was not what was received. Total application took (3) hours ... We received a glorified "wax" job at almost $1000! A proper ceramic coating should have taken at least 12-24 hours to apply and cure! Not impressed to say the least:(

It has been one year since purchasing our new Kia Forte5. The Perma-Shine protection requires warranty inspection, which was easily scheduled by the personable office staff for September 14th/15. Selecting the optimum cleaning package was most beneficial. Our vehicle has never looked so good! It was necessary that the car be retained on site overnight, to allow for the full maintenance process. A complimentary shuttle service was conveniently provided. Contrary to last year's experience where I was a victim of abuse by Cassandra the front desk helper, today's visit was 110% better thanks to Mary Ellen who ensured that no communication occurred between myself and Cassandra who unfortunately is still with the company. Since she work everyday, I had to come in and wait at the Mini dealership waiting area. Craig went above and beyond to respect and support my wishes he is the reason why I give this place 5 stars. It is well deserving of 5 star rating. Cassandra needs to learn from Craig that's how you treat your customers.. Thank you so much Craig and Mary Ellen. I took my Chevrolet to get the undercoating rust inhibitor. I originally inquired about that at the dealer's maintenance centre, and they referred me to Perma-Shine. I also got a bronze vacuum cleaning since I had to leave the car for the day anyway. It was nice to get a 5 year undercoating, but paying $752 wasn't fun. I just hope it's worth it for the long run.

Arrived in the Fax from Toronto for a visit and noticed a very strong smell in the car. Checked the trunk and a bottle of Gas Treatment fluid had emptied into the spare tire wheel well making it impossible to continue our trip. Pulled into O'Regan's and even though they were too busy to book me in, they dispatched Sean to the parking lot to clean and spray the affected area. He spent 20 minutes scrubbing the car and simply said, "no charge, remember us for future car cleaning services". I thought this standard in customer service was long gone. Five stars is not enough, huge thank you to Sean and O'Regans!

So far so good as the car has just been undercoated so as to the longevity or function of the product I can't comment on that yet. The customer service was excellent, very efficient and fast. It takes 4 hours for the process and you car is ready to go looking brand new again.

I got my car undercoated at Perma Shine today and was extremely dissapointed. I got to the location (fairly hard to discern as there is very little signage) and as I walked up to the door I noticed a warning on the door that said must have exact mileage for records. I went back and wrote down my mileage. The employee who checked my car in never asked for it so I went about my day. When I got back to pick up my car I noticed that the mileage had changed by 61km, when it was never supposed to have left the shop. I asked the receptionist why it was different and she said that they don't actually do undercoating at that location so they drove my car across town to do it at a sister company. No apology, no compensation for gas, nothing. Furthermore, they neglected to tell me that the undercoating would stay wet for awhile, so without knowing my trunk would even be undercoated I opened it and got a palm full of sticky black tar. Needless to say I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism from this company. They should have mentioned that they didn't actually offer the services they advertise on site. They should have never driven my car across town without my permission, and should have at least told me about this when I called to make the appointment. I do NOT recommend Permashine.

I brought in my Nissan Maxima last week for a silver package cleaning. They did a fantastic job. I Definitely felt like a valued customer from when I was greeted walking through the door right to when they picked me up from work. Their shuttle driver was also very fast and courteous .I dealt with Jesse who was the manager at this location who was a pleasure to deal with as he went above and beyond for my service and I would definitely trust them to do my vehicle again.

What a joke! My wife gave me a gift card to have my car detailed. I leave it for half a day and come back to find dried mud in the wheel wells, on the front and back bumpers and muddy dog prints (my dog) still on the back seats. The manager tells me that they don’t clean the wheel wells and that it’s just a bit of mud on the bumpers! The muddy seats? Oh, apparently my wife didn’t buy the wipe down package, just the vacuuming package! Are you kidding me! You don’t wipe down muddy seats when you detail a car? I demanded and received a full refund.

The complaint only concerns the demeanor of the receptionist at the Halifax location. All that was asked was "how long does it take for an undercoating touch-up" and the receptionist shouted louder than she needed to "you will have to wait, there are two people ahead of you". That does not address the question nor was the attitude warranted; and based off of some of the reviews online, the receptionist seems to be the common thread of dissatisfaction experienced at this location. It is a shame I have award 1-star to submit this review of my experience.

This is the second time i took my truck in to permashine to have detailed. Last time the mud was still on the floor mats. I have to travel 30kms each way to drop it off. This time inside my wheel wells where coated with mud that they just left without even trying to clean it. The headliners around the sun visors have a bit of grease from my hands that i would obviously would have like cleaned. I called about it and I was simply told that we don't do around wheel wells it is too much work to wash them down. And headliners you have to make sure you ask for the extra service. I am sorry for posting this review but i am a business owner myself. I want to be #1 in what I do. I do not want to be know as a "OK' business. I want to do the best job possible. If my headliners are dirty...call me and let me know it's extra.. I would have been happy to pay the extra fee. It would have taken maybe 10 minutes to clean the inside of my wheel well..but they don't even offer it.. The mud stays there. On the upside the price is good. But when I have to take the time and effort to drop my truck off. I just want it cleaned..properly. Not half done. Even my leather seats look like they just took a wet cloth to them. i won't be back for detailing again. Oh BTW ceramic coating is a total waste of money

Hi, Recently gave my 2017 Qx60 for a detailing job at the Halifax Location.Felt like I had put my $240 down the drain. 1)Had water stains around. 2)Dead Bug stains were not removed properly. 3)Spots were missed to be cleaned and polished. 4)The rims were full of dirt only the tire walls was polished. 5)The gap between the trunk and the rear bumper was filthy. Overall I think I would have done a much better job cleaning it myself and would have saved my $250. Disappointed all the way.

I came to them with a gas station auto wash horror story. It had left greasy oil marks all over my car and I couldn't get them off. I bought my car to permashine and I talked to their manager who was extremely helpful. They got the marks off free of charge with the normal cleaning job. I am so grateful they were extremely friendly and understanding. I will be going there now on instead of using gas station auto washes. They were amazing!

I am writing this review in response to a situation that I J.MacD said that he would make my next trip better. Well I was just there and he was true to his word and I was well taken care of by the staff and my truck came out beautiful!. I did not want to write a bad review until I explained what had happen. He was very sincere to what had happen and more willing to to make outcome come out right. He did that -- well done to you and your staff! I am sure you have a repeat customer!

I was in two weeks ago for a Rust Inhibitor touch up. Then I was in last week and Ronnie helped me with repairing paint chips to avoid rust. Ronnie goes out of the way to help customers. I'd recommend this location to all.
