Rougeau Plaza at 1522 Regent Ave. W. Winnipeg Where a Dr. Kimelman was a General Practitioner not sure if he is still there. This was my last appointment with him for reasons you are about to read. I was there for my annual physical examination and during my examination of my breast searching for lumps, he said this word for word, have you ever considered having breast implants. These is a medical professional who had no right to have treated or have spoken to me in this manner. And you wonder why people don't trust Doctors.
