Won't be shopping there any day soon. Had a very frustrating experience. Paid 1900 for a tv, waited 3 weeks into 4-6 weeks for delivery. Got a call saying your tv was cancelled, you either have to take a refund or get a more expensive tv. 700 dollars more. Wasn't offered anything for being made to wait or for having to deal with such a steep rise in price. Pretty much every person I've talked to has said Leon's should have offered something as a consideration. Going to be taking my business elsewhere next time I need something.

I've purchased most of my home furnishings at Leon's because Andre Belair & Janet Laginha take the best care of me and my needs. Save your time & money and just shop at Leon's!!! Initial call to next day delivery was seamless and efficient, even the two young gentlemen who delivered & assembled my second dual reclining loveseat were prompt, courteous and very friendly.

Definitely got a mattress from hear, one year later the mattress is still the same as the day I got it, what a great product, doesn't feel like this store cuts any corners. 2019 and not cutting corners, this store deserves more than a 5 star. Thank you to the kind staff that helped select the mattress, I'm sleeping way better!!

I have had a HORRIBLE experience shopping at Leon's after speaking with Mark, he is one hell of a horrible seller, that's for sure, extremely rude and arrogant, he acted very superior and made me feel as though my questions and concerns were stupid. I definitely will not be coming back to this store and would highly suggest for this seller to not be in a customer service position. If i could give 0 stars, I WOULD!

This store is loaded with all kinds of beautiful products. Our sales person Cheryl was knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't feel any sales pressure and while we were there a tornado warning for North Bay came on the radio. Leons reassured us that we would be safe in their back room if needed. I felt this store was a great place to relax and dream. Going back for new living room suite in the future. I will definitely ask for Cheryl again.????????????????

They also hire local businesses (tickled teals and local ice cream carts) for special deal days throughout the year which really shows how they are apart of the community.

Happy with our chair and couch. However, a sale began the day AFTER we had purchased it. Why would the salesperson not tell us at the time? Greed? She wanted the extra sales commission? They eventually gave us the sale price - it was over $1000 difference. Disappointed about that.

I purchased a couch at this location. The sales rep promised me delivery on the 1st of the month to match my move into my new home. 3 days early the delivery driver calls me saying that they are on the way. (I do not hold the delivery driver responsible) Sales rep then offers over the phone that they could probably do the 4th since they drove out in my direction but would have to ask the manager what they could do. Sales rep informs me that they can do nothing but reschedule for 2 weeks from the the 28th, or tells me I have to pay out of pocket for a 3rd party delivery service to get the couch delivered to me within my promised delivery window. ( I do not hold the sales rep responsable) I am upset that the management would not work with us to get a reasonable delivery time and that they wanted to make us pay for the delivery. The have bad customer relations and disappointing management.

I had to give one star but they don't deserve it. I will never purchase anything from this store. I called ahead to ask if they delivered to my town outside of North Bay. I was told by Andre it would cost $70.00. I told him I would be by the store the next day. When I arrived I was told it would now be $120.00! I told them that I had called the day previous and was quoted $70.00 by Andre. When the salesman called Andre he lied and said he had no recollection of a conversation that had happened the day previous! I have bought all of my furniture from Leon s in Huntsville. I never had an issue with them. I would recommend going there instead.

Bought a bed in August & was told by the salesmen that it would be delivered mid September or the start of October. The bed wasn't delivered until January, & the staff was very rude about it, any time I contacted before January the staff would say they have no way to know when my product would be delivered to the store even if I suggested for them to call their supplier. Was also told it would be free delivery when I purchased the bed & then when I got the call that it was at the store, the staff started asking me over the phone how I would like to pay for delivery

Staff was pleasant and courteous, delivery and setup was smooth and uneventful, which is always good. After a few weeks we are still very happy with the product, only complaint would be that the delivery driver urinated on my property, which I live in the country so I wouldn't care but he did it where my wife and children could see him from the window, so I would have preferred that he be more discreet about it or have asked to use the washroom in the house, which may be against Leon's Covid-19 policies, I'm not sure. But all in all, very satisfied with my experience.

I needed a new washer and dryer and looked at many options online. Leon's was the only site that not only told me my purchase qualified for an energy star rebate they also deducted it right away so I did not have to wait for the money from the government. The store called me after I submitted the order online and gave me options for immediate delivery with in stock alternatives. I was ok to wait a few weeks but appreciated the option. Great service and I love my new machines.

K so I'm at leons and there's this family here, they apparently all know the staff working here. One of the employees is like "where's the wife?" And the dad is like "she's doing something else today" and then one of the kids shouts out, for the entire store to hear "because they got divorced!". One of the staff actually gasped out loud. I'm dead. So funny, great experiance.

I had a warranty issue and they passed the buck to the manufacture, well i should say they forgot to pass the buck and i spent 2 more weeks on a sink hole of a mattress. An apology would of been nice, instead they can say goodbye to over 25 years of our business.
