Hi price, lots of upselling, and they lost/stole my battery cover clips. I had 2 on the cover for my battery (double purpose as air box inlet) when i went in and they are both gone. They were good clips and they were important. I decided to check my oil about a week after my service and noticed that the cover wasn't where it was supposed to be and the clips are gone. Very upset cause they're important and hard to get.

The reason I left a bad review is because they ripped me off I went in there for an oil change but they said I needed a whole bunch of parts but I kept saying no but they insisted I was only hoping to spend 100$ but it ended up being 300$ and then I asked how much it would be for a regular oil change and they said 60$ I recommend never going there

Do not recommend. They engage in predatory business practices and take advantage of customers who do not know better. My wife was there today for a simple winter tire swap. They told her they were out of balance and they recommend rebalancing. Which of course costs 2 to 3 times the simple install cost. The tires were already balanced when they were put on rims last year. Do you remember the last time you rebalanced your tires....yeah me neither. In the end she was taken advantage of for an extra $100. If I could give 0 stars I would. Unethical and predatory. I do not recommend.

Went in just for a oil change thinking Id spend approx $75 for an oil change. $200 later that wasn't the case. Friendly staff, but try to upsell you on everything, engine air filters, oil flushes, oil cleaners etc. And for this reason you're going to be waiting a bit if the bays are full. Also was quoted $250 for changing my tires, put on rims, balanced etc.... FYI I got it done at Canadian tire for $140. Ill be going to Great Canadian Oil change from now on.

Total pressure on upsell. First an air filter that didn't need changed. Then approached with the transmission oil change , Scam. Told the fluid should be changed because metal filings in oil. Checked by an actual mechanic and no filings and oil good. Also didn't ask for but put synthetic oil in . The car has never had synthetic oil. Put it in to increase the bill. Discraceful! It was a good spot with the previous owners, the new owners are sketchy, I won't be back.

Went in for a tire change. The employees of Mr lube Brandon were continously trying to get me to buy one thing or the other. They tried to sell me both summer and winter tires, despite having good winter tires. They insisted I get a new air filter, despite my existing one was in ok condition. I decided to get an oil change for $100 to support the business, but the employees were visibly angry because i wouldn't spent more money on a whim. I spent a total of $182 after taxes for essentially a tire change, the last thing I expected was anger instead of good customer service.

I was in their shop about a week ago for an oil change and I just noticed a puddle of oil under my car in the garage. So took it in the dealer to get checked they didn't tighten my drain plug or oil filter properly. Like what did I just pay 115 bucks for a synthetic oil change just to have to go to my dealership and double check what they touched. DONT GO HERE!!!!

The Assistant Manager Mr. Pulkit and all staff that worked on my car where amazing. They were honest, personal and fast working. They notified me of my bald tires and hooked me up with the mpi tire program. They discounted my oil change when I applied for the tires. I have been to other body shops and my car dealership for these types of services to have to wait way to long and pay way too much in comparison. I will always use Mr. Lube for service on my car moving forward! I 100% recommend to all!!!

Avoid this place if you know what’s good for your car. I went there last week for a routine oil change and ended up having to go back the next day due to a major screw up on the part of the technicians. The oil change itself was fine, but in the midst of trying to upsell me on everything from a 2300 pair of tires and and rims for winter, to 300 bucks to replace 4 spark plugs. They managed to leave one of the ignition coils hanging out when inspecting said spark plugs. Not lose, not halfway in. But literally just left out sitting on the engine. Throwing a wrench at the car would probably result in less potential damage. About 2 minutes into driving home my car started misfiring and the engine light started flashing. Managed to make it home popped the hood and found the ignition coil in cylinder 2 was left out and just chilling on the engine. To make matters worse it could not be secured back in because the bolt was now missing. So I had to go back and fortunately they still had the bolt on hand so we could secure the coil in place but for the sake of your sanity / safety / and car I would just go somewhere else.

Before you go to them after checking good ratings, beware they may be from the previous owner who was really good in his business. My experience with the new owners: Called them last Sunday 5th sep for 4 set tyre change quote. The guy on the phone didnt want to tell me the price first and just asked me to go in and they would make it a package. I told him I don't need a package, just the tyre change and wanting to confirm the price before I come in. Then he said "It will be $249.99+tax. Told him that I am one of your customers and do oil change from there. He didn't care and asked me to find someone else if I was looking for a cheaper price. I couldn't believe my ears and just to reconfirm the price I called back again. the guy said the same thing, this was the same guy on the phone as before. Got the job done from K.K Penner for $104, a good job indeed. Accommodated me without appointment. I used to like Lube 1 (The owner before Mr. Lube took over). They are now totally changed guys. During the last visit Mr. Lube tried hard to sell me tyres the same day or the offer would end. I figured out from another friend they tried the same thing on him too. lol No more business for you guys. There are many places doing business with total integrity.
