I ordered a gorgeous Holiday arrangement for my Daughter. What my daughter received was the most unattractive arrangement of flowers I've ever seen. Dekkers did not apologize. They did not fix the issue same day. Absolutely ruined my surprise for my Daughter. Terrible customer service and please train your florist to do better. You get one shot at delivering flowers then the moment is over.
