Julia recommended her husband to do work in my backyard for a medium size landscape project... the coordination of the work was poorly planned, punctuality and communication was very poor, there seem to be a disconnect between Julia and her husband in terms of what was to be completed and how it was done, and they failed to deliver on a appropriate timeline

Very poor service and communication. Julia committed to provide her services and then did not show up to do the work and then wouldn’t take my calls or respond to texts. When she finally returned my text she said she didn’t want to do the work because she didn’t trust I would pay and didn’t give her a deposit. She didn’t ask for a deposit and if she did I would have provided it. Poor service and very disrespectful. Would not recommend due to the lack of reliability and poor business practices.
