Here you have the feddbacks of real people like you who used the services of Jim Pattison Children's Hospital (Hospital) around Batoche territory (Canada).
Right now this business receives a rating of 4.3 out of 5 and the score was based on 45 reviews.
You may have noticed that it reaches an feddbacks average is quite high, and it's founded on a very high number of reviews, so we can be quite sure that the assessment is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to put feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Hospital is included in the category of Children's hospital.
The facility is absolutely beautiful and decorated for the children. My favourite has to be the 'banana' shaped wet floor sign. The parking is not ideal but it you can or are willing to walk, we park in the residential area for free. There's no coffee shop other than in the main mall area in the old part.
Such a welcoming atmosphere for children and families!
Only was in the maternity area, nice large private rooms
Sad they were in a rush to fix things they thought were okay in the first place! Scary to think it took that long. Plus was it worth it for a life lost
I see they can't deal with the truth of what I have said so that way they can look good for the nurses when there rude and disrespectful to other cultures if your not the same and this is the 4 time I hade to deal with this hospital and never again
Our family is really grateful to have been able to stay and be taken care of JPCH. All the doctors and nurses that had seen my wife and my newly - born daughter are all very professional, knowledgeable, sensitive to our needs and very caring to us during our stay. Even the private room that we had is very spacious and clean for my wife and baby. They haven't discharged us not until they see that we're ok to go. We had about almost 3 days of stay and everything went well. Also a big thank you to Dr. Batchelor, Dr. Martel, Dr. Lo, Dr. Adams-White, Tamara, Karen, Kennedy, Trish, Hailey, Ashley, Ali, Mercedes. We really appreciate all that you've done for us. We hope and pray that all of you had a wonderful Christmas time with your families, and a Happy New Year to all of you as well. God bless you all, and the Lord's mercy, grace and peace be to all of you!
Excellent Care
This is an absolutely beautiful facility. I am so proud that Saskatchewan has a dedicated maternal and children's hospital. This facility will allow our province to deliver the best care to kids and families in need.
December 28th-30th, 2019 we were here. Definitely worth the cost and time it took to build this place. The layout is amazing, and its impossible to get lost in there. Love how the administration desk for labor/delivery is right outside the elevator. The RNs we had were amazing care. especially if you get Patty, Kendra & Mercedes. After 24hrs of staying there, our daughter got her hearing testing aswell. Labor, delivery & recovery is all in room and a partner can stay with you aswell.
Very poor design
I broke my left fibula, and doctor Right, and nurse sarah went above and beyond and made the whole experience much better, amazing and respectful doctors and crew, very happy with how our stay went and very very very appreciative!!!! 5 star hospital!!!!
Finally we have our own dedicated maternal and children's hospital! It's a beautiful and truly unique hospital that has brought care closer to home. I'm excited that we now have access to a pediatric sleep lab, pediatric surgical suites, and Canada's first Child Life Zone just to name a few.
Everyone was super kind and sweet. I was really scared to go to sleep but they made it very comfortable and painless
Took my 18 month old to emergency. The new facility is amazing, clean, bright. The staff is amazing and really helpful. This is such an upgrade from the previous children's emergency area. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
A beautiful facility supporting our province's babies, children and moms-to-be!
What a difference it makes for a child in hospital to be surrounded by bright colours, animal artwork, activities, family/play spaces and caring pediatric staff. Plus, families welcoming a new baby now have single room maternal care. This hospital is a dream come true for many Saskatchewan families!
Good doctors and trained nurses...????????
I found them good while visiting for child. But for my self it was extremely worst. Will never go to emergency willingly.
Very bad experience. This is the worst hospital even the nurses. Especially, the nurses did not care the infants properly. If the child is hungry they do not give him feed because they said the child is on feeding schedule. But this is not good,.When the child goes to sleep, so they use to put the milk through pipe. Who said the child is on a schedule? Newborn does not have any schedule. I honestly don't recommend anyone to come here.????????????????
Proud of Saskatchewan's provincial dedicated maternal and children's hospital. Helping kids, moms-to-be and families through the care they need.
I wish I could give this hospital more than 5 stars. I brought my son in last night as he had a bad cold and has had croup twice prior. They got us in fast, the room was nice, the nurses were fantastic, especially the one who was helping us. My son had a x ray done and there was barely a wait! When we found out he had bronchial pneumonia, I began to cry and the nurse comforted me and asked if I wanted to see the x Ray's so that she could explain it all to me and she did. I was so grateful for the care we received and how we did not have to wait for hours! Our Nurse was a absolutely amazing.
All the nurses, doctors, specialists and support staff have been amazing in the Maternal unit and NICU during mine and my child's stay. Having purpose built maternity ward and NICU have made a stressful experience more comfortable and relaxing as all maternal unit rooms are private, single occupancy, clean and bright
My son wasn't afraid walking in the doors of the hospital and asked if he had any more surgeries, could it be in this hospital? So nice to have this family-friendly resource here for all Saskatchewan children, their families and mothers to be.
I had a traumatic experience with a csection. I was so scared. The ladies on level 3 were so good. I was so scared and they all kept me calm. From the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists. I want to say thank you. All great team work. God bless you all.
just now January 5th, 2020 its 2:30 P.M now. Waiting here for the last about 3 hours to have the doctor check my daughter. He has seen 2 patients since I got here. Do these doctors even know what emergency means?
I just checked in my newborn and the triage nurse Jerrylyn at the emergency was very helpful. She went beyond my initial needs which I appreciate so much.
Our baby was born at this hospital in March 2021, and my husband and I could not be more grateful for all the care, help and support we received from the staff. Doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, supporting staff, everyone was extremely helpful, professional, and respectful. We would especially like to mention the nurses Kasi (I hope I spelled the name correctly) and Mikayla. Kasi was there during labour, she was so thoughtful and caring. Not only she was making sure that I was feeling good by applying counter pressure massage and showing my husband how to do it, she also took care of my mother-in-law who felt unwell. Mikayla was our nurse the next day. She was very considerate, listened to my needs and always tried to accommodate. Thank you so much!
Our Middle Son had to use RUH in 1994 and were very Thankful at that time of our life’s. We as a family were fortunate enough to give back this past Christmas!! We now have a state of an Art Hospital that will keep the Best Staff to care for those in need! Thank You Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital!!
Happy start, lousy ending. But I really appreciate the staff and inter nurses who helped me. How to turn a grateful patient into a doubtful grievant? Just send an unprofessional med student to deliver discharge message. I was kept extra day in hospital because I couldn’t void completely after each pee. On the last day they told me to repeat the previous process which was pee twice and ultrasound scan each time to confirm. But they didn’t do so. After peed 3 times, I was waiting for scan, while a med student came in and told me to go home saying that I was totally fine. I was confused. Without scan how could they tell I was fine? I requested to get the opinion from the doctor who made the discharge decision. Eventually they agreed to do ultrasound. But the first nurse got a high value (>337) and she said she needed second opinion then she vanished. The second nurse used the same machine and refused to admit the previous result. She touched me with the probe very lightly and gave me the value of 0 for 20 times. I said I didn’t believe the reading. She just said “ I don’t know what else I can say, this is the machine tells me. You have nothing left in your bladder. “ The third nurse came and only checked one spot then said the value was low. I was tied of arguing with them about their convenient tricks. I left disappointedly next morning.
Fantastic experience. While the doctors and nurses team was so awesome, beside treatment they know how to provide emotional and curtesy support to patients. The lady working at childminding at moms and kids daycare inside hospital was a great person. She supported us very well. My child was so comfortable with her and I was so glad how well she jelled with her just in single sitting. On the next day my child wanted to be with her instead of being at home. Special Thanks to childminding caretaker (you are awesome and so cheerful person)
Beautiful hospital full of colour, child friendly spaces and makes you feel at home. Such a great addition for our province's kids and families to use when they need it.
