Very helpful friendly staff, nice clean environment, the equipment worked great, and I was able to get three loads done in about an hour for around $8. There's also a dollar tree across the street which is convenient if you need detergent. Loved the pre paid card system, made it easy to do laundry. There was plenty of coffee,and they also had a little sitting area with tables to wait at as well as TV's for kids to watch. As for the upside down sign, and the parking lot potholes... I did not see that effect me getting my laundry done so not sure why that was very relevant coming from another reviewer.

This is my 2nd review on this laundry mat...I do local rating and reviews in Niagara Falls for Wheelchair Able (people with disabilities in Niagara Falls NY). Rarely do I give bad reviews..Only if establishment needs noted. I am paraplegia uses wheelchair get around town.Trust me I get discriminated lot Now I been using this business nearly a year and used others before, BUT this is best laundry mat in all if Niagara Falls. Service above 5 star rating. Management best ever seen not just in the Falls, whole NY state . Clean, safety, professional, respect all outstanding . Catch their sign ... it's upside down ???? ♿ 100% ????????????????????????

Great place love the huge washers and dryers. It's not horribly expensive, the only thing I don't care for is that you have to load the money on a card and the dryers cost $1.05 for 8 minutes. But they do dry my clothes well.

Helpful staff here. Usually very clean. But the parking lot is a disgrace. The owner should be ashamed of himself for leaving it this bad for this long!!???????? *update....they fixed the parking lot so it's much much better now. And I don't think I gave the staff enough credit before.. they are awesome!

Been using this laundromat for almost four years since moving from buffalo ny. Laundromat is clean with a bathroom. There is wifi and also television to watch while waiting on your clothes. Coffee is usually served but I don’t think it is currently due to covid. There are vending machines in case you’d like to grab a snack while waiting. Washers and dryers are always up and running! And most importantly, the reason for my long overdue review. The staff here at this location all are respectable and kind. Each week it’s like going to see or visit a family member. The level of comfort and friendliness is impeccable. Really love going to this laundromat and will continue to as long as I live here in Niagara Falls NY.

Ive never been to a laundromat before and today my dryer decided to die on me. After my husband tried to fix it twice with no luck, I had 2 loads of wet clean clothes that needed dried and a weeks worth of clothes to wash. This place was fairly clean but it was packed so im not going to be super picky. I was able to get a weeks worth of a family of 4 peoples wash done in less than 2 hours. However it did cost like $35 to do so. If I ever need to go back to a laundromat and fingers crossed I never have to again, I'd definitely come back to this location.

I have not been to a laundromat in years today I found myself needing to wash for comforters and bedding for the entire house so I Google and Hyde Park Laundromat was the closest in my area I needed assistance from I believe her name was Tammy on how to get my easy wash card going she helped me step by step with absolutely every part from washing to drying when you're not used to doing the laundry mat it was extremely helpful I will 10000% be a returned customer very clean and organized. Their equipment is very up to date and as far as covid cleaning went I wouldn't but I bet you could eat off the floor.ewww lol

Nice place, clean. Hoping to get a job here. Update; was offered job and gratefully accepted. Was so excited about working for this company. I gave my other job one week notice and went in for orientation/training and was told they would call me with me schedule the following week. They never called. I called and called and they ignored my calls. Finally yesterday they told me they rehifed an old employee. Now i cant even afford to do my laundry and am out of work and in danger of being evicted. Im heartbroken and they lost a loyal good employee. They really affected my life in a negative way. Im crying as i write this.

The only real nitpick is that the outside store sign is upside down lmao. Besides that, I have no complaints about the building or machines. I've never seen a laundry card system but it works perfectly fine, so I can't complain about that. No reason to. It works.

My first time at a laundromat in about 20 yrs.Had to wash a King size comforter. I had no idea what to do. Using a card instead of quarters? I am so thankful for the sweet heart that helped me.Her name is Nancy. The laundromat was very clean. I would definitely recommend !

The upside sign is an eye sore. If I was just passing by & didn't know that it is a clean establishment it would make me awry. The owner keeps responding he doesn't know what upside sign reviewers are talking about which looks twice as bad.

The lady (staff member) was kindly, she told (suggested) me what kind of machines was best for my needs. Place is nice, have waiting areas with TVs if you want to stay a while. They use reloaded cards for the service including washing service by pound just drop the clothes and they do the rest.

Love this laundromat; fully equipped with more than enough washers and dryers, out of order machines are taken care of right away, there is a kid’s room, coffee and tv stations for the adults; and there are specials on different days (free soap, discount machines, etc.)

PUT $10.00 IN CARD MACHINE TO USE IN WASHER AND MACHINE SAYS BUSY FOR 10 MINUTES THEN ATTENDANT TELLS ME OH IT DOES THIS ALL THE TIME. SO BY THE TIME GOT THAT STRAIGHTENED OUT I WAS 30 MINUTES INTO GETTING THE MACHINE TO WORK THE WASH CYCLE WAS 32 MINUTES. I WILL NOT RETURN. Staff is helful and friendly, but I hate the fact they use the prepaid cards!!! Its so aggravating finding your card before you go do.lajndry then having to insert it for every cycle of dryer time you need. And if you lose the card you are out the money you have left on it. Such a scam!

Clean, friendly, love the late hours. Then why only three stars? Simply because of the dryers. My first time going, I thought it had to be the amount of clothing I put in the dryer. Second time, separated clothes more evenly and spread out the clothes over there different dryers. Each dryer having only a handful of clothing items. Yet, to my dissapointing and dissatisfaction, I had to run each dryer three or four times and still came home with a few damp clothing and less money then I thought I would. Makes me miss my old favorite laundromat back in CA that had free dryers that were hot temperature and only had to be ran once. I still would recommend this place but only if you are washing one or two light loads ????

On vacation, needed a laundromat. Came here based on reviews. The attendant Tammy was very very helpful. We needed to be schooled and she was a great teacher. Despite being busy with other customers and doing her job she took the time to ask us about our travels. Would come again!!

They are terrible was there one day they took my clothes out the machine and had all my kids clothes on the ground i said something to her she threatened to call the cops on me workers there have smart mouth and set around and talk all day never again they wash their family clothes there for free never again
