Since 2010, I have used AccessStorage in Midland on prospect blvd. on many occasions due to different job opportunities and moves. I have enjoyed the personal attention to security, door/unit care, snow removal, and rodent management. I have never seen evidence of any. Most recently, the family has had four household moves. Two have bought homes plus a business required storage of equipment. The storage unit made the difference when dates didn’t line up and furniture needed a safe home before going to another. The staff are very helpful, professional and accommodating.

Terrible service! Units are so rusted its EXTREMLY difficult to open the door, help is needed. After to speaking to management there reply was to bring a hammer to be able to open the unit. Needless to say the other units in Midland are much better.

The first and so far the best experience we have got working with Access Storage at 679 Prospect Boulevard, Midland. On Saturday, March 13, we came to arrange a storage unit at the facility. We were very new to the process of booking. I booked a unit online (from my phone) for my aunt in midland who is downsizing. Website is fast, got my email confirmation after reserving. My aunt showed up, her unit was ready. She called me that night to say "they were so professional" lol. I sent a follow up email to thank them for helping them out. Not sure about the other reviews, but I had a great experience with this location. Probably new owners.

Used Access Storage for almost a year to store furniture and other items after we sold our prior house and while we built a new house. We appreciated the climate control since we were storing our fabric couches and wood furniture. Our unit was clean and easy to access. There was a dolly on site as well to help move large / heavy items which we did utilize a few times. We had no issues with insects / rodents / humidity / etc. We had an indoor accessed unit. There were security cameras as well, which gave us a little extra peace of mind. Would use again.

Worst storage unit I've ever had i never had rats nor did I wanna find rats in my stuff! we had our stuff in there for 3 months and we got it all out yesterday and found rats rats AND MORE RATS!!!! Even a 5 NESTS of RATS! They were living in our stuff! I had to throw ALOT out............Would NEVER EVER send anyone there for storage!!!!!!!

Cathy and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful. The temperature of the heated units (heated through the floor!) is really good. The facility is always clean and it certainly helps to have an on-site washroom! Many storage sites do not have this. I have rented here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Highly recommended!

Checked two other locations in the area and found Store-N-Save to be superior in every way: fenced/secure property, clean units and professional service provided by Storage Consultant, Tracy Ogden. We checked out our unit mid-winter and had no issue with accessibility. We plan to renew our lease shortly.

I have paid for my unit up until May, I went to grab some stuff out to bring home for the family incase of total lockdown( today is March 22nd, 2020) .. only to find a red padlock beside mine... rendering me unable to "access" the unit and retieve my belongings. Beginning to question if I made the right choice in storage facility.

what a JOKE>>>>> had put in a claim for $4300.00 water damage from leaking roof and all that was offered from the company was $100.00 worth of cleaning supplies. they said insurance does NOT cover water damage. What does it insure fire in a completely steel bin..What a JOKE> no one i repeat NO ONE offered to help us with any advice other then say take a lot of pictures (which we did and submitted).claim denied company says they are not responsible..I say this company should be held responsible for there property. Someone tried to repair the roof inside with red tuck tape and the company reps deny it was them .Be aware of false pretences. I will continue my battle through litigation.

When it was acorn very professional.....store n save are crooks....faithfully paid them for the year I was there, gave notice that was required from my grandfathered contract was initially told no then yes and my unit was cleaned out Nov 13, paid for the full month and now advised they will not prorate and refund for the days not used......I would not recommend them to anyone shady crooked business practices....

I rented a unit at the William St location. I had no clue about renting a unit but James walked me through it and gave me great tips on how to store my stuff. It was a very stressful point in my life and that meant a lot. I then moved my stuff into a smaller size. From start to finish it was very easy. Even though the William st location is older than the prospect St location, the great staff made up for it. Michael was very helpful when I needed to cancel my unit.
