Horrible hotel needs updating and smoke filled rooms with tons of house fly’s.
Very good hotel, the location is perfect for me to go to my business trip destination. Front desk stuffs were very nice, friendly and helpful. Room and bath were clean and comforted, no odors.
This as my third stay in about four months. The foyer area is bright and welcoming. The rooms are not as modern perhaps but they are large and clean. The breakfast is good. I like the fact that coffee is available until ten o'clock at …
Given our recent experience at another hotel in town, we were extremely pleased with the quality of service and wonderful staff. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Everything was provided for our comfort and then some. We've …
Rooms were nice and clean, staff friendly, breakfast was very good and the interior of the inn is very nice and modern. Only complaint was their 'high speed internet' which kept dropping signal. Did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked well maintained
Hot breakfast included. Pool with hot tub and sauna. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs. Love the 2 doors, one leading outside to your vehicle and the other to the hall for easy access to pool, front desk etc. Currently undergoing renovations. …
The new remodel is a nice improvement. However, we were offered a snowmobile rate of $105 for a night. In morning, we were charged $135. No big deal but when we went down for breakfast to get it corrected, the desk clerk basically called us liars. I wouldn't have blinked an eye if the quoted rate was $135. Not much else I can do than write a bad review and move on.
Nice clean hotel. Decor a little dated. Right by the snowmobile trail so very convenient
Rooms where nice/clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. The beds where very nice but a short for me (6'2")
location was great, room was clean and comfortable and convenient access to snowmobile trails.
The pool area is nice and clean. The hot tub whirlpool is so nice in the winter. I would go back just for that.
Very Snowmobile friendly. You can park your sleds outside your door. Lots of parking for truck and trailer. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Rooms are tired and drab. Beds old, hard, broken springs. Linens worn and rough. Breakfast needs attention.
Excellent place to stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the grab and go breakfast was quite good! We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!
It was good. Staff was friendly, room was very nice, looking forward to staying there again in the future.
It was well located, clean. It had a pool. The food was good. Free parking.
Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool! Staff friendly and helpful.
Clean and quiet. Didn't use the loop so can't comment on that - but it was well utilized. Breakfast was good but a little overstated in its description. Beds were not bad. Place is old. Might have considered 4 stars is the price was a little less.
We love stay here.
This hotel is in serious need of a face lift! The walls are paper thin so you can clearly hear people out in the hallway or other rooms, the floors are plywood so you hear every step of anyone walking within 50 feet of your room, the TV was …
This hotel is located directly on Hwy #11 and easy access to snowmobile trails. There are 2 restaurants directly across the highway - a truck stop with excellent comfort food and another fancier restaurant which is very reasonably priced as well. The hot tub, pool and sauna great relaxant after a day riding the trails.
Good experience staying at Quality Choice, New Liskeard, ON.
Good hotel with good accessibility to trails however limited snow in parking lot for parking the sleds. Not likely anything can be done about that but the scrapping of carbides and picks on the pavement feels like nails on a chalkboards …
Hotel was a great place to stay with the family, quality rooms, excellent pool, better than average breakfast.
Great for sledding parking at door, great restaurant across street .
Good hotel. Needs some improvements. Breakfast wasn't the best. Right on the snowmobile trail was awesome
Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool! Staff friendly and helpful.
Good clean room. Great friendly service. Good breakfast. Will/would recommend.
Very clean rooms and friendly staff. May not look great from the outside but the room is immaculate.
Great staff. Comfy beds and dreamy pillows.
I have stayed at this location in the past, and I must say that the renovations certainly stand out. The reception and breakfast areas are new, and there were many improvements to my room including carpet and tiling. The hotel was very …
Bed was rock hard... thankfully had camping foam along which saved the day. The front desk staff and shower (plenty of hot water and pressure) were excellent... but you pay for a good sleep.
Good place to stay. Close to downtown. Breakfast was good. Pool was good
rooms are in a desperate need of updating and clearly the ice machine never gave out ice and something needs to be done about the smell. The price overall was above average in comparison to other hotels like this
The hotel is high overpriced for the area and the rooms you get. I will choose the brand new hotel across the street next visit and give them a try. I do like the hotel staff at the Comfort Inn, however we requested the manager to call us and that did not happen.
Good large pool area. Sauna and hot tub. Close to restaurants and stores. Clean and well maintained. Even have two hockey nets for outside to use. Great food. Entrance is beautiful. Parking right in front of your room. Friendly service. Would book again.

Was great service for the length of my stay. Rooms are a bit outdated. Beds mattress would need to be updated aswell.
Over all good place to stay a little dated but very clean
Good location close to our activities we engaged in. Nice rooms.

It needs to be updated a little for the expensive price of 180$ for one night with 2 beds, room smelled like mold. The only upside was access to the whirlpool, Hot tub and swimming pool for the kids.
The hotel needs to be renovated. Most of the Quality Inns I have stayed a are excellent. This particular hotel fell short. I was extremely disappointed with my original room but the clerk did remedy the situation by upgrading my room and for that I I am gratteful.
The hotel is very clean and quiet, only issue is the wifi is not always good
Stay at the holiday if you can.. kids might enjoy the bigger pool here though.
The hotel was excellent very friendly staff room was clean and loved how I could dry out my gear ready for the next day's ride.
Decent hotel. Rooms are dated, but the lobby was clean and inviting. Free hot breakfast was excellent and eating area was clean. Pool was crowded during our visit. Pool is large and hot tub is piping hot. Will recommend.
The staff is friendly. The lobby and breakfast area are very nice. The rooms are very out dated! The room was very warm because the air conditioner is so out dated it didn’t throw cold air. We found a big piece of ribbon candy on the floor …
Outdated rooms, the bed was not made properly, the room was still dirty, the coffee was horrible, all the art was outdated, the toilet paper is very thin.. The "breakfast" involves one yogurt. On the plus side the staff was nice, animal friendly, and the bathroom was updated.
The hotel was very clean and staff were attentive. Perhaps updating the rooms and getting new televisions would be nice.
Ok accommodation. Good location right on Highway 11 going into New Liskgeard from the north.
Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was awesome except for the public swimming. Breakfast we didn't do as we don't wake that early :) Walls are thin so could hear a little too much which isn't what I want to hear especially when kids are present.
Enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great. Had fun making waffles.
Always love going here! Excellent service, nice pool, and great cleanliness.
I have stayed here the past and the improvements that were made to front lobby and the new carpet in the all way is good they need to be upgraded other then that all good stay will be back in few week
If you're a local in the area, it's not uncommon to head to the Quality Inn for a swim and hot tubbing. There is a medium size pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. Some days can get pretty busy and the floors could be cleaned more often, so I suggest you bring flipflops, especially during the winter months. Other then the floors it's great to have another place to go for a swim and a hot tub. To visit the pool you can purchase booklet of single tickets. Call the front desk for prices, the lady I've spoken with is friendly.
