I bought an over the toilet shelf here last night just before they close. The older lady who greeted me at the entrance offered to help. Instead of turning me away as it was last minute she instead gave me a hand. Kudos to the lady for assisting. I was hesitant on buying the item but I'm glad I did. Good sized store. They now have a new baby section which has a great selection of clothes, furniture (cribs & dressers) and name brand strollers and carriers. Of course they still have a variety of houseware, small appliances and bedding. Staff are few, but they are friendly and helpful.

We found what we were looking for and love what we purchased. The staff was another story. Not one person asked if we would like some help. When I approached a lady about helping us find a price she was annoyed I broke up her conversation with two other ladies. She scanned our item, told us the price and walked away. We were in the store for about 45 min looking for many items as we are decorating our home. Not a bit of help was offered so we purchased our sheers and left.

Good place to pick home gifts. Prices varies as seen little expensive on some stuff, but also seen some good deals on few other ones; you need to see and compare. The shop also have bed linen section that I notice it was over priced. Some electronics and electrical appliances are available, but only at average market rate, so it's not place for electronics for sure! Staff were kind and helpful. They have a gift wrapping section to do yourself.

I bought two bedding sets 2 months ago, came here over other department stores thinking I would be buying higher quality sets. Unfortunately, after a second wash, the comforter completely fell apart! I brought the entire set back to the store, asking for an exchange, since clearly I was sold a faulty product. I was told because I didnt have my receipt there was nothing they could do, but if I could show the purchase on my phone, they would exchange it. So, I did that, then, was told well, we cant go back that far in our systems to find the transaction. Next step was waiting for a manager to call, who never did! So, I called again, spoke with a manager, who said they would bring it to head office, and will get a call back in a few days. After about 2 weeks of back and forth, with many different employees, I was told no, they would not exchange it because I do not have my receipt! When I bought my bedding sets, I did not expect to be sold a faulty product that would come apart in 2 months!! You dont expect to replace your bedding sets every couple months, so no, I did not keep my receipt! It is very disappointing to know that a company is okay knowing they sold a customer a faulty product and will do absolutely nothing to make it right!! It is clear that quality of their products and customer satisfaction is not a priority!

Different locations of BB&B are very similar with very little to tell them apart. I like this location because of the good location in Dartmouth Crossing. It's clean and neatly laid out. Can't comment much on the prices since they are usually the same at all the branches. They have a lot of interesting products, and some gadgets you won't find elsewhere. I also like their as-seen-on-tv section

Never had a great experience here, never had a poor experience here. Pricing is high for what it is unless you bring coupons (or competitor's), then you get a sale price. It seems like it works though, as they're still in the market, considering the competition. However, there's better options nearby with similar options.

Poor Management at this location for sure. With one cashier on and no other place for customers to make returns I stood in line way too long behind a couple that wanted to return an item. The nasty, and I mean nasty manager was called to the front and argued very rudely with the customer who wanted to exchange. Not a pleasant bone in that managers body. The manager was so unprofessional but as she finally reached an agreement with the customer did she then take notice there was a huge line building. So she finally called up another cashier which literally took him 5 minutes to come up front. If I didn't need that item so bad I would have dropped it on the floor right were i stood. My mistake was I should have video taped it or got the managers name.

Terrible experience! But a pair of slippers that fell apart in less than a week. Didn’t think to keep a receipt as we spent over $1000 on sheets and dishes. Did not want our money back just to exchange but they refused an exchange. Then to make matters even worse I decided to buy a set of dishes with the gift card I have received for spending so much money originally and guess what it didn’t work! Will be placing a call to corporate right away!You can tell it’s all kids that work here they don’t know what it’s like to spend your hard earned money because they didn’t care one bit. I will not spend one more dollar at this location. When they figure out my gift card I will make sure to buy So I don’t go over the limit. Awful service

Don't get me started on my experience there today . Was in there yesterday got waited on by this very friendly helpful young man . Before that had a young floor worker asked me if she could get me a cart because it looked like my arms were full. I bought 2 pillows and a decorative pillow . When we got home we noticed they forgot to remove the control tag from the small pillow so I went in with receipt in hand to ask them to remove it. I was never so embarrassed , the young girl who waited on me tried her best to prove I stole it with a line of people behind me , even though I had the receipt. I went there to get a tag off and to continue shopping but was so embarrassed by the time another worker confirmed I bought it , I returned the pillow that I had all intentions to keep and left the store. So not pleased and embarrassed
