Sam, the owner and pharnacist, goes out of his way to accommodate. He dropped off my prescriptions 2 hours before the clinic opened bc I had to be at work. He even gives me a discount on my fees bc I don't have coverage. I'm not exactly an easy customer lol I definitely expected that he would not be able to handle my demands or be up for my high maintenance requests, but so far he has far surpassed my expectations! ????

Had a really great experience here, showed up a few minutes after they stopped taking patients but they graciously allowed me to have a walk-in appointment still! The pharmacist and doctor are both really nice and helpful here as well.

The pharmacist, Sam is very nice there. Very dependable and always caring about their patients. I appreciate the effort and the help! There are many pharmacies in Waterloo area but I will always go with this one. Even when I don’t visit the doctor in clinic, I never miss out on the pharmacist. I recommend everyone to try this pharmacy! Especially my fellow University students that are worried about “judgement”. Also very quick is a bonus here. All I can say is thank you to Sam for his great work.

I have honestly never seen a prescription filled so fast. Immediately after my visit with the walk-in doctor at this location. I dropped off my perscription as a new patient, and the pharmacist took my perscription, indurance, and filled it within about 2 minutes. Awesome job!

I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years. Sam is incredibly helpful and always has my medication ready when I am able to pickup whether it's the same day or two weeks later. He's very caring and makes sure that I'm keeping on top of my medications. There's also never any judgement from him no matter what which is amazing and very rare based on my experiences with pharmacists. I highly recommend for university students!

Sam Patel and the Cure + Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Waterloo. I have been a customer of theirs for 2 years and the customer service, professionalism, and efficiency is unmatched. Recently I have found that Covid-19 as presented me with certain obstacles when communicating with doctors and getting prescriptions refilled, but with then I was able to get my prescription worked out in the fraction of the time compared to the competitors when I was in urgent need.

Last month I visited twice, once for a behind the counter, once for a new prescription. I had the same pharmacist both times. The pharmacy was empty both times. I was not offered any counseling both times, as in the pharmacist didn't ask me any questions or give me any advice. Just gave me the box and the card machine. After I received the new prescription, I went home and tried to read the patient's information. Then I realized the pharmacist didn't give me the patient's booklet. I find this unprofessional and irresponsible.
