CARLIE IS THE MOST AMAZING REALTOR AROUND!!! Our Journey with Carlie began in 2016 when we bought our first home. Typically buying your first home is one of the most stressful times in your life, not with Carlie. We moved two hours away from home to move for work and we had thought the process was going to be even more stressful with our crazy schedules as well as the two hour travel distance (4 hours total). I can honestly say buying our first home with the assistance of Carlie was not stressful at all! She made everything fun and explained everything throughout the process. We knew from this point on she would be our forever realtor. Three years later, our first home was no longer working for us as we needed more in a home that our first home could not offer. Buying our first home was so much fun and we had so much more flexibility as first time home buyers opposed to having conditional deals ect. Long story short, selling our beautiful character home was NOT an enjoyable process at all for several different reasons. Without Carlie we honestly have no idea what we would have done or how we would have managed the stress load with everything that we went through during the sale of our first home. Carlie went from realtor to councilor and we (mainly Krystal who shockingly didn't drive Carlie away) could not be more grateful. It has now been a month and a half since living in our new home and we could not be happier. Carlie is the hardest working, professional and inspirational individual we know and we are so happy and honored to now call her our Friend !!!
