Walked in for May the Fourth star was tattoo was seated almost immediately. Really welcoming staff spacious waiting room (there was at least four others and wasnt crowded at all).the tattoo came out clean, quick and relatively painless. Will be recommending and going back in the near future

I got my septum pierced here a couple years ago. Staff was friendly, decent prices. The man who did my piercing pierced my septum on an angle instead of straight so my septum ring sits crooked. It was quite painful so I'm not about to have it repierced to fix it but I'm very dissapointed that it looks the way it does.

Got a piercing here and was in and out in under 10 minutes. It was well priced, clean and friendly. When I went they were only accepting cash and their ATM in store was out of money so another customer had to go to a bank close by. Not sure if that is a regular thing for them.

Do not get a septum piercing here. It was done very quickly, and now one side is much higher than the other and looks very crooked. When talking to another piercer they said that the placement is also way too far back (and more so on the one side). I think any other piercing would be fine as they don’t need as much precision as a septum. I got my nostril done as well and it was ok.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The other day I went in to the shop with my sister for a consultation. We showed a female artist (she didn’t tell us her name.) what we wanted and she told us she could do it that day around 2/2:30. My sister and I agreed and left to head to a bank and then come back. We waited for over an hour. The whole time we sat there the other artists, including the owner, trashed talked some of the customers. Saying one girl who had left looked like a rather ugly actor (can’t remener which one) and how stupid some of the girls getting piercings were. Once our artist was done she came out and conversed with the other artists. She didn’t know who we were, she didn’t even recognize us and we weren’t gone that long. Eventually they started getting set up for us and she asked if we wanted separate rooms so we could get it done at the same time. I had realized I did not have my ID so just my sister was going to get hers done. I’m not from the area and it was supposed to be a matching tattoo so I walked into the room and asked the artist if she could do it anyways without my ID. She said that she wouldn’t have asked for my ID anyways but that she was sceptical now. I told her I was 20 and she said “hmm I don’t know” and I thought she was going to continue so I stood there. After 30 seconds she looked at me and said “is there a reason you are still standing here” I raised my eyebrows shocked at her response and walked away. I told my sister I wasn’t comfortable giving this woman my money and that I wanted to leave. I walked up to her again and told her that I thought she had been rude to me and that my sister and I were going to take our business elsewhere. My sister has had three great experiences there but has never seen this artist there before. If I was the owner I would get rid of her in a heart beat. She tainted their seemingly good name. Such a shame. Will never go back.

I walked in today and honestly my first thought was they dont look welcoming but honestly guys i would recommend this place to any and every one in Windsor who wants a piercing. I'm big on cleanliness and they exceeded my expectations. Shane ( i think thats his name.) was amazing and quick. He took lik literaly 2 mins to pierce my nose. Didnt make a mistake placed the ring in fast cleaned and made suee i understood the cleaning procedure so my piercing doesnt get infected. He even gave me advice on how to help fully close a previous piercing i had got done by someone whose work clearly showed that they were inexperienced. Anyways I thank you guys so much.!! You've hands down earned a client for life. And guys no word of a lie, every star I have given them is truly worth it. Thanks again guys.

had a helix and a lobe done yesterday but not sure what he was called. The person who pierced my ear was funny and made my mum and i laugh. the process was easy and i was surprised how fast it was done and overwith. wish he’d spoken more about aftercare but overall would definitely go back !

Came here today for the first time ... to get my nose pierced. The receptionist was helpful in answering all my initial questions incl. how much it might hurt. LOL! Sounded tolerable and I had less than a 10-min. wait ... so no time to chicken out anyway. Jay, my piercer, was highly professional, knowledgeable and ever so patient in explaining everything from the actual procedure, to after care, to changing out the stud if I wanted to. I was also impressed by how clean and super sterile everything was. Needless to say, when I finally work up the nerve to get that tattoo ... I'll be back!

do not go here to get a tattoo. horrible service, they are very rude, unless your a girl then they will try to get your #. i got my chest done here, simple lettering that should've been done in a bout 2-3 hours. took 2 visits because i had to go back to get it touched up because the ink was fading after a month of having it. and after 2 years it has still not healed, it is a raised scar now because theses "pros" don't know how to do a professional tattoo. also the artist had to leave the room about 5 times to go have a smoke..very un professional. once again, do not go to this shop to get a tattoo.
