I get yelled at by a lot of the customers cause they all somehow reserved the machine I was playing on even tho they made no indication that it was being used. The soda machine is a nice touch, but you guys charge a lot for food considering how much you're raking in daily.

Lite on the winners. Over the years, the service has slowed, the amount of intoxicated people has increased to a dangerous point with security looking the other way. First time being in a casino staff was wonderful when you first walk in you get hit with all these slot machines. I never really looked around to see what other things there were because it was so packed in there. I did go up to the lounge and was surprised that you can smoke in there. I also had supper there at the restaurant really enjoyed the buffet. I enjoyed myself while I was there and I do plan to go back

I found the casino warm, friendly and they care about the customers. They work and support a lot of the community events and volunteer at shelter, soup kitchens. The casino is very caring towards their staff, big happy family. Never seen a company go above and beyond for their staff(family). I found the casino staff very approachable, easy to talk to and cared about their customers. I miss not living in Prince Albert and the casino and can't wait to come back.

I was a real addict a year ago and went to the casino as soon as possible, everyday if I could but now I play once or twice a year and with someone who takes me out instead of taking myself out! I am no relation to this man and he proceeded to yell and swear at me and make accusations against my character. I did not come to this place with this GUY, Leonard Montgrand, This (MAN) I do not think of him as a man, he is the leader of a Metis Local and the Local Friendship Center in La loche I do not see why he has NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN PERIOD when he is married and has to stay BIAS to ALL, and I do not see why on earth he has the rights to go and verbally slander ANYONE in public at all. period. I was asked to leave. which I did not mind. I wish I could get the video footage of this encounter so everyone can know how this actually started in THE FIRST PLACE. Anyone in the footage room (at this CASINO), care to Provide me with this video???

Very dirty place. I worked here and honestly might've been the only male employee who washed his hands after using the washroom. The worst was seeing the cook go in, take a piss and walk right out... right after I finished eating. If you've ever gotten food poisoning from this place, this is why. After several verbal complaints and a written complaint to senior management all they told me was they have a sink in the kitchen. They could've at least put a sign in the bathroom. Poorly run business!

We ordered form the buffet while watching the football game on the TV, Calgary was playing Toronto and were winning! Wide variety of food, lots of meat options, the beef stew was to spicy for me, however the rice was awesome, potatoes, neck bones, Greek ribs were good, variety of salads, dessert was great bread pudding and blueberry crisp! Meal price is only $14.00 each. It is worth it! Server was very nice and good!

This place is a joke spent 400 and bought a drink in a half hour and they kick me out saying am to drunk and the have 50 ways to tell a person is to drunk. They just look for people that spend money quick and find a reason to kick them.out. i am a players club memeber and cut my card up and will never go to a casino owned my sega again

If Im supposed to pay $27.oo for two doubles on a Friday night at-least have entertainment, karaoke or something more entertaining than the local drunk! You pull in so much money you can afford it. Besides having to go to the bar in the lounge Lol we waited for a server and got attitude cuz she had to serve us! WoW this place gone downhill!!
