Terrible customer service. No idea why greyhound tickets cost two times the cost through them.

Good services

The bus terminal was very clean even the washroom. Customer service was excellent and staff very friendly

Nice clean terminal gentlemen at front desk nice and helpful as well

Perfect for Ontario

Business

It is clean and very nice

Great space, with wifi and lots of food in the vending machines to eat while waiting.

Comfortable buses, WiFi and plug ins located every seat and washrooms always spotless. Fares are inexpensive and cheaper than paying for fuel plus wear and tare on your vehicle PLUS you don't have to drive

Great

Just dropped off a passenger.

Good service

They do not have central buses schedule display.

Awesome service and the people at the counter were super friendly. Bus left exactly on time. Very efficient and appreciate the good service!! Thank you Ontario Northland - I am hoping that your commitment to service will bring people back.

Good area but not comfortable at all

5 stars

Comfortable ride, just wished they would stop at a different location for break in Petawawa. Took the bus from Sudbury to Kanata. Had to transfer in North Bay. Didn't have enough time to grab anything to eat at the mall and when we got to Petawawa, the kitchen was closed. They were training someone on the run and I did feel a bit worried when she kept going over the median and you could hear the bumping of the tires. Can't recall how often this happened but it was a few times.

Seats r way to hard..makes travelling fustrating

I think the chairs have been broken for 5 years

This shelter is a blessing on cold and rainy days. Well maintained and plenty of capacity for travellers who've been riding for hours and have 10 minutes to make themselves comfortable for the next leg of their trip.

Great experience and great time with super customer service. All drivers are very professional I did travel from Toronto to Sault Ste Marie.

Bus was late. No big deal though. Staff was nice, place was pretty clean. Not a bad bus terminal

Helpful staff

Parcel service, yes

Bus terminal and buses extremely clean. Great service. Would take Ontario Northland anytime. Definitely recommend Ontario Northland

Tried calling terminal for 6 hours no answer .even though they say open times are 6am tell 1am ???????????? last year in dec my wife & I as am emergency had to travel to Toronto while on our return trip the driver aloud a gentleman who was sick or had a mental issue this person with no mask was alot to wonder though out the bus bothering all passengers when this issue was brought to drivers attention the driver said he heard nothing because he was wearing ear pluggs. When this was reported to northland they ignored my email & no explanation of the indent. Shame on you northland the company is very unprofessional so to all who travel be very careful .

These guys don’t tell you what station you leave from. They just put the city. How am I meant to know what station... I had to call them to know the station address ? How do you not have that on your ticket ????. True story: Sudbury to Toronto. Departure time and arrival time is present but where In Toronto Am I arriving ???? Okay two options Yorkdale or downtown Toronto. I found out when I wanted to come down in Yorkdale but was told my luggage was in the downtown section and could not be retrieved at that stop. So I had to go downtown before I could get my stuff from the bus. The trip was nice. Driver was professional and on time with schedules. But the vague ticket is very troubling. For a first time user especially. I can’t say I won’t use your service again because I know now. But experience should not be the informant regarding travels. Very bad first time.

They have great Customer Service, Their waiting area is not as big as a regular Greyhound bus terminal, but is good enough to fit everyone and their Baggage comfortably. I took the bus to North Bay and the drive was awesome. He went out of his way to drop me close to where I was going. He did not promise me anything but told me if he is ahead of schedule he will see what he can do. Just talk to the driver if you have any concerns, they are very friendly and am sure if they can they will definitely help you out. FYI there is no Uber or Lyft service in this area.

Great family entertainment joint. They lighted our family's Sunday with the new Lion King! Kids couldn't contain their excitement.

the station is located in what could be described as a wasteland

My boyfriend stays far from me I appreciate the service they provide little expensive as a student but still worth it. The journey with Ontario Northland is like dream. Beautiful nature wide windows and smooth driving. You will definitely fall asleep.

The counter clerks are very friendly and willing to answer any questions about your bus trip and places where the buses stop to take breaks on their routes.

So far I am trying to call them as I type this and there is no answer. Seems rude to me? Someone answered and then hung up. Hey new staff or pick up pace. I have now tried three times try am not getting a pickup.... Do your jobs!!!!! ???? Frustrated!!!!!

Service is great but the location is hard to get too

The driver was courteous, clean buses and fast considering all the stops involved in going all the way to Sudbury. Announcements are always made so you can't miss your stop. At the moment there are few Riders... (covid-19). ????

This is where the grayhound bus stop is now.

If travel you must.. buses they have

Awesome customer service

Clean space with bilingual staff and good vending options.

Had a great experience with Ontario Northland. Took my earliest boarding to Toronto from Sudbury. Service was amazing, the driver ensured all passengers are boarded prior to leaving and even after resting place in Parry Sound. Seats were quite comfortable and air conditioning were accommodating for the 6 hour trip back home.

Reliable bus route, clean buses

It was 3am in the morning but it was beautiful lots of snow and was not cold

Goodbye Greyhound

Good and clean environment.

Staff is very helpful

Workers were very helpful as we started our trip! Thank You!

Enjoyed the trip, although was an a family emergency situation. We arrived alive......Blessed Be!!!!!

Sorry

Operators are very helpful

Nice inside but looks like a gas station, I've been by it many times and never new it was there. However it is right in the big box stores shopping district if your going to shop!

Very efficient

When I need to travel by bus, I always take Ontario Northland. Clean depot and nice bus drivers.

On time Good wifi Clean Buses.

Clean and nice ppl that I like

Good place

Clean, fast and safe

Even with the move to Northland depot, Greyhound was still notoriously late, 1.5 hrs this time for the red eye heading to Toronto. Nice driver, but rude passengers stealing seats from others. As for the depot, atleast we could wait inside after it was closed, but the washrooms were on the brink of being a health hazard (can't blame the staff- it's disrespectful travellers doing it). And I still think the cost is too high for this kind of service (77$ one way, even more for a refundable ticket).

Location could be better

Perfect for Ontario

I came into there to get my ticket which my girlfriend purchased for me in America. They asked for my ID and the confirmation number for the ticket. I showed them both and they said I wasn't in the system. I double checked to see if the number I wrote down was correct and it was, yet they still denied my service. My friend offered to pay for a new ticket and they said I still couldn't get one because I "wouldn't get through customs" although my girlfriend did THE SAME THING. Do NOT waste your time here.

Its a Greyhound, not to exciting.

I loved the layout of the page

Staff were very helpful both times I was there.

Staff trying their up most in trying times.. keep up the good work

Trying to find out more information about the services and no one is answering the phone! Besides that I brought my mother there and the staff was very dismissive about anything my mom wanted to know insisting that none of it was a big deal therefore they need not be bothered to find out.

Not near the transit terminal but alright with bus route.

Clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful service.

Get you where you need to go. Can be a bit late some times. Bring reading material or something to pass the time.

Always a safe and efficient ride, great staff, friendly and helpful ????

Awsome ontario Northland!!

Very helpful. Great staff.

Great and cheap transportation

Very helpful staff, especially when I was saying good bye to my girlfriend but didn't want her to actually go lol

Very informative staff. Rent a charge. Free wifi

(Translated) Nice place ..bel home (Original) Belle place ..bel accueil

Centre of town drop in Sudbury...there's MIC eatery across the street if this is your end destination or a stop over of significant time check it out very nice whiskey and a nice food menu too!

Accomadating

Not bad

Greyhound buses come here too.... very friendly staff...clean place.. clean washrooms...This terminal has an ATM and a snack machine as well.

Nice

Clean and easy to navigate. My busesare always on time.

Holy learn to answer your phones. Why have a phone number if NOBODY is ever gonna answer.. Ridiculous

Was very delayed. We bought tickets ahead of time. They have our information. They could of called to tell us. So we didn't have to drive to station then back home then back to station. Expecally when it's in the middle of the night. And we had a child. They should of have discount or something.

Had the best driver from Toronto》Sudbury. Rick was informative and helpful to all. A pleasure. Downtown terminal (toronto) that they share w other carriers had more amenities than their own terminal in Sudbury. But sudbury was cleaner and less confusing. Buying tickets online was easy, coaches were clean, comfortable and cool w AC. Free wifi worked well. Would definitely travel with them again

Good Ontario Northland location. I have used both the Ontario Northland and Greyhound in the past, and Ontario Northland definitely offers better student pricing with more buses heading to and back between Toronto and Sudbury. The staffs are this locations are helpful and friendly, and the Ontario Northland drivers are very friendly and have always been very helpful and accommodating.

Good service friendly people

This shelter is a blessing on cold and rainy days. Well maintained and plenty of capacity for travellers who've been riding for hours and have 10 minutes to make themselves comfortable for the next leg of their trip.

Does the job.

Clean, quiet, very good about organization and announcements. Couldn't ask for more from a bus terminal.

Always on time

Buses are on time to the terminal

On time and comfortable ride.

Not bad for a bus depot

Amazing experience by bus travelling... i travelled from toronto to vancouver .. took almost 38 hours.. including stops and layovers.... front seats are colder while the back seats are a bit warmer... keep in mind and choose tour seat.. first come first serve basis

Good service and bus drivers were courteous and jovial.

Great service and well trained staff with long distance service across the country and beyond

After a certain time (11pm I think) they close the building, so if you come in on a late bus, be prepared to wait outside for a ride or to grab a taxi. There's no access to vending machines or washrooms either. If it's winter time and you're getting in late, call your ride ahead of time because you'll freeze waiting out in the cold. When its open, it's a big open space with lots of seating and public washrooms. They have a phone charging station as well.

Staff is awesome. You get to deal with people. They go above and beyond. Wifi and a place to charge your devices. Would highly recommend

I dropped off my niece on Sunday as she was going to Toronto. It was the 1st time I have been to this location. I found the parking lot was terrible to drive through due to all the ice buildup.

It was a great trip bus driver very nice and bus very comforthable I loved it got to see lots of places on my way up I haven't seen very nice trip

Nyc

The people were very friendly but the washroom was disgusting.

My fiancé was waiting for her bus to return from a short layover, while outside having a smoke in a designated area the so called manager came up to her and implied that she was smoking marijuana and and she was going to call the cops immediately without any proof... then proceeded to make her feel uncomfortable and followed her around till the bus came back ... This manager is unprofessional at her job and she should be investigated.... you can't just assume things and make threats! The manager shouldn't have be been so discriminating against my fiancé and so forceful... it made her have severe anxiety and was scared that this woman was targeting her, we wish there was more we can do about this mistreatment !!! A good building but horrible staffing

Very friendly staff, clean place with a reasonable bathroom. Vending machines available for food. Bus driver was very kind and professional. This was my first time riding the ONTC bus, and my experience was about as pleasurable as a bus trip down to southern Ontario could be. Thank you Ontario Northland!

Answer your damn phones!!

Great travelling the North. We love Ontario Northland.

The bus picked us up after our departure time, and the A/C was very chilly. I suggest bringing a sweater onboard. Very "roomy" right now because of social distancing. The Ride was comfortable and for the most part quiet. It's best to buy your ticket in advance.

It's a bus depot, it buses people. No complaints about this particular location.

It got me home

Nice peeps, good service

Great bus service to Manitoba

Excellent!!

Bus stations are bus stations ..

Long as hell from Hamilton my god

Everything is perfect about the place other than there are no screens with the arrivals and departures, which would be really useful.

No water

It was nice. But only thing is they only have vending machines.

Bus up north

Good service

I have no complaints.

I love the new station and the free wifi access.

I had a great trip on their bus very friendly worker

Very bad No guest internet

Great bus company good service modern buses

Professional and courteous customer service.

(Translated) Being a place of passage must have food service and barely has 3 scrap machines (Original) Al ser un lugar de paso debe tener servicio de alimentación y apenas cuenta con 3 máquinas de chatarra

Clean and a much better location than the previous depot.

Nice people working there.

Very nice station fairly clean. The service is acceptable but nothing great. I would use the facility again in the future

Very rude person on the desk. He said 1 hand bag+ 2 luggage bags and a laptop bag is considered extra weight. Plus the luggages were 48.5 when I measured but he said everything is overweight and never allowed us to see the weight he was watching from his side of the desk. Asked me to pay $60 per bag. Very rude guy.

I've used O.N. multiple times now, past few years going down south and back.. i don't find bus schedules are hard, quite easy in fact also i recommend buying tickets online as it is much easier and faster with no ease ???? drivers are kind, and for LONG RIDES there is usually a 15 minutes break which is nice to quickly grab food if possible

Great bus service. Clean. Polite drivers. But I agree..no one answers the phones and now it just went off. I am looking for an item I may have lost on the bus. :(

Empty! Just a couple of vending machines, nothing worthwhile, just chips and snacks. Very poor customer selection. cold, hard seats, not even a TV(it was shut off because it was considered too expensive. Rotten way to travel.

Clesn quiet

It was awesome ...

Very well cleaned and good service.

No time for food just a quick pee

Parcel pick quick and easy

No problem travel

Nice place no lockers tho. Does have wifi.

Easy to get ticket fast n reliable service

Organized and polite service.

Easy quick and helpful service thank you Ontario Northland Bus Service!

I've had great service opposed to Greyhound. The rates are slightly less, terminal is substantially cleaner & updated compared to Greyhound as well. I've always successfully had wifi connection on the bus which is great for getting work/emails done while traveling.

Clean well organized

Staff very grumpy and rude.

Took a bus from Sudbury to Orillia, was up all night and caught another bus at 5 am from orillia to oshawa. Fell asleep and the driver woke me up for my stop. They were gentle with my bags, and faster than expected. Thanks and will take again!

Friendly staff and overall good experience

Nothing special there

Got to ride on there new busses. Very nice ????

They provide good service & reached destination in time. Highly dependable

They NEVER answer. But, they are bilingual. Problem is, you never get the chance to find out. I'm looking for my lost luggage, am pretty sure it's there, but I can't get to talk to anyone to find out.

Always clean structure. Courteous and helpful staff. Beautiful windows. Comfortable. Charging areas available. Buses and shopping nearby. I've had to travel on my own a few times, and the smooth ridership has been appreciated, as well as the privacy as I have had to use the handicapped bathroom on more than one occasion to change into comfort clothing for the ride home during a rain storm, during slushy season and on very hot days. The staff is very kind, whatever you may need, they'll find a solution. Thank you for offering a safe and warm place for travelers to cozy up and get some down time before their next adventure.

I missed my bus and felt a little distraught. But the receptionist on desk was very helpful. She resolved my query with a personal touch. Helped me rebook ticket for the next available journey in the most courteous and and friendly manner. This place provides a good sense of approachability that could be said of Sudbury. I hope they understand the place of their warmth in winter.

My husband and I got to ride the bus solo from Sudbury to our destination! Felt like we literally rented a bus for ourselves. Great price, and comfortable seating.

Scary stop

Northland bus tickets don’t tell you what station you leave from. They just put the city. How am I meant to know what station... I had to call them to know the station address ? How do you not have that on your ticket ????. True story: Sudbury to Toronto. Departure time and arrival time is present but where In Toronto Am I arriving ???? For a first time user especially. I can’t say I won’t use your service again because I know now. But experience should not be the informant regarding travels. Very bad first time.

No warning for how late the bus is. A text or email alert would be very appreciated. Rude customer service from the front desk and bus driver for simple questions.

Better location and set up than the old station. The washroom was kinda gnarly though.

Great customer service ver helpful

The place is very clean. The waiting area is very spacious. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. It is also very quiet there and is wheelchair accessible.

The bus was a little cold. But was all good.

very helping staffs. I felt so much gratitude for their service offered. Also the buses were on time.

Nice service

Friendly staff and overall good experience

Ignorant towards disabled people with service dogs. Changed their rules so I cant bring my 2 service dogs on their bus. Yet they allowed it for 11 months. Nottom line a person who travels for a medical appointment on their bus pays less than half of what a regular passenger pays.

The bus arrive late at Sudbury instead of getting their at 5:15pm, it arrives at 5:50pm. On oct 27th, 2021.

Open 24/7, Free wifi, vending machines, friendly staff and you can stay inside (heated) while you wait for your bus

Have always had a good experience. Some of the fellow bus riders with poor personal hygiene habits of coughing and sneezing all over everyone could be occasionally gross, but the bus company itself has been good

almost double the price of greyhound and nearly twice as slow with all the stops in between. only take it cause it's the one with a schedule that works out for me. can we please get greyhound service that's not midday or midnight?

Extra fees for bags and late departures

Recommend for short trips

Staff are friendly very helpful, but the washrooms needs more maintenance.

They have busses

Clean, well spaced with friendly staff

Very helpful!

Very good service

Poor bathroom facility

Good service

Here is small but it’s the only bus terminal here

Good service

The ever changing bus routes. A frustrating gamble when booking flights out of Toronto. Where is the midnight bus to tdot??????

Excellent

Horrible place horrible people .... im a native 22 year old that traviled from edmonton alberta to toronto. I was in the back talking watching a movie. Other people where drinking swearing and everything. The bus driver then pulls up to sudbury depot and blamied everything on me and left me stranded in subury a place i never been no money.... mean while the white people partying in the back got to get back on the bus.. RACIAL PROFILING DONT USE OF Native

Gooood n ssfe

The gentleman was very pleasant but as far as the lady was concerned she lacked pleasantries and should persue other avenues of work

Only rode once from Winnipeg to Toronto and service was friendly and professional. Drivers were skilled , no risky manoeuvres in the road.

Bus up north

There was a Dirty drunk in bathroom . Falling all over the place.

Comparable buses

Took the Yorkdale bus to Sudbury this afternoon. Best driver ever, polite and made everyone feel comfortable for the trip! Best driver award for this gentleman for sure.

No worry for bus transfer

It was good ride

Fixed my problem promptly greyhound passenger

Was great .

After a certain time (11pm I think) they close the building, so if you come in inna late bus, be prepared to wait outside for a ride or to grab a taxi. There's no access to vending machines or washrooms either. If it's winter time and you're getting in late, call your rude ahead of time because you'll freeze waiting out in the cold. Not cool!!

Not much avail at this another out of the way location, travellers bored.get in & get out doesn't say much for the town. Is this the way they treat vacationers? Greyhound could have done more & township could also do more remember travellers are potential return customers & we might be coming through your town.

Poor bus service.. if your in a hurry hitchhike

Decent

The ride was fine and the bus itself was good enough. One issue was The spotty wi-fi connection. The bigger issue was The customer service- especially the driver. The one I had was really rough with my baggage though; even though I asked them to pass it gently. They were unnecesarilly. They also grabbed my baggage from me before I could ask to have it put in for an earlier stop. Ignored an attempt to rectify, and later when I tried to get off at my stop they refused.to assist. So I had to go further out of my way than I needed to and.got stuck with the costs associated. Unfortunate that this happened. The bus ride would have been great if the service wasn't so awful.

Great place

Just to warn everybody. DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKET ONLINE IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF YOUR TRAVEL. Unless u wanna get passed around different lines trying to get your refund then go ahead. Buy your tickets at the terminal.

Every time I call there no answer

Good place

They never answer the phone, just spent five mintutes trying to call, they never call to say your package arrived. I didnt have these problems at the old location. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

Great trip best drivers also friendly

No sleep at all lol

Very simple and straight forward, because of it's simplicity I sort of felt afraid I was missing something but for you I will list what to do: Buy or have your ticket, tag your luggage that will be going under the bus, sit down and wait for the receptionist to call for boarding (they will list many of the closer destinations and in my case she all Canadian locations and followed with "any locations farther as well"), greet the driver with you luggage, answer his questions, board with ticket ready, he will scan them before departure!

I really enjoy North Land

The phones are closed at least half an hour before closing, 2/3 times the buses are late by an hour or two. As for the building itself, it's essentially a small waiting room with not enough seats for one of their buses let alone two. A far cry from the previous Greyhound depot.

Cooperative staff.

Very clean

It is the middle of a business intersection! No restaurants for the travel weary close by. Disappointed & the Customer service lady was very gruff

Bad service

I did not realize that my overnight trip from Toronto to Manitoulin included a 3 hr stopover from 2-5 am and terminal closed. Don't want to do that in the winter.

Rude staff and prices get crazy as heck some places........................................................................

Interior is Very Clean, & the staff is friendly.

Perfect.

Great service

enjoyed my trip from Sudbury to Ottawa, on time.driver was very informative. will travel on Ontario Northland again.

After informing the front desk of my elderly mother's vision being that shes blind she would need help with her transfer at the crazy busy Toronto terminal they still managed to put her on the wrong bus....thanks guys

Decent prices and very reliable schedule. Give yourself a break and leave the car at home.

Bus was delayed an hour and a half and we were informed of this.....over 2 hours later someone finally shows up to drive the bus. No apologizes or nothing if anything the staff seemed mad and annoyed at us the customers for wanting to know what was going on. Especially since approz. 95% of us had connecting buses

I called, They answered their phone after letting it ring for like a minute. Polite.

Very polite...

Comfortable and affordable. Always on time, depending on weather conditions.

Clearly the better choice if you need to take a bus out of Sudbury. Staff that's pretty friendly and helpful in an environment that doesn't make you question your life choices.

No actual cafe or options beyond vending machines and far away from anything else and located next to an inconvienent local bus route and just out of the way and poorly thought out

Clean lots of seating

Friendly and respectful staff!

Cleaner than the old one, no WiFi

The Wi-Fi is non existant

Great customer service, follow the schedule accurately, comfortable travel, excellent facilities

On April 14 I was on the bus going to Toronto to visit my daughter at Mount Sinai when I got a call she was going into labour 12 weeks early. The bus driver, Mr Rick Pineo noticed my distress and was the most compassionate and kind person I have ever met. He actually stopped and let me off right at the entrance of the hospital. Later that evening he sent me a text to ask how my daughter and baby were doing. Mr Pineo made my nightmarish day a lot easier. He is my HERO. Thank-you SIR.

Professional staff

The bus service is great, but very limited and should probably be increased, especially for long distance journeys. While the busses were clean there were spots around the window were food items were collecting in the gap between the AC vent and literally rotting. Having said that the air that we are breathing is probably germ filled. Something should be done to clean or vacuum the place between the windows and AC vent.

Very helpful in the winter time

Prompt knoweledgable courteous service

Beets driving

No problems when taking the bus recently staff was friendly and the bus was only a tiny bit behind schedule. Was a great trip overall

i called them to update info on the ticket. they said nothing their cant do. cost me another one. never again grey hound

Best bus service for Sudbury-Toronto. On time and clean, the bus drivers are also always friendly and helpful.

Had a hard time finding it in Sudbury

Only choice for north

Excellent sevice friendly all the time

Miserable staff. Lady is always yelling.

Buses come buses go. People get on and off said busses. Great place for bus watching if that's your thing

Waiting still to buy a ticket after 20 mins finally some kid came from the back on his phone giggling. Not a fan of this greyhound and northland combination.

When I need to travel by bus, I always take Ontario Northland. Clean depot and nice bus drivers.

Nice and big station. Good service.

Great staff and willing to do the extra mile

I rode from sault saint marie on one of the buses it was great

Needs better food selection

Nice service

Great staff

Made sure my travels we simple and safe terminal was clean and set up nicely.

Always felt safe on an one bus.

Use this service frequently Very friendly bus driverz

They made me pay more for my ticket in sudbury to montreal then montreal to sudz.. student is 93$ or somethin with tax ect all included one way from mtl to sudz, and i payed 110$ in sudbury heading towards mtl.. shows that they want money but not the rightfull way..

Very helpful and friendly staff including drivers. Wi Fi poor.

Can't wait to get going

Not enough staff working. Washrooms are way too small and are always dirty.

If you can take another transport. Take it.

If you know that there's gonna be traffic and construction, leave early...

Very good food and service

????????

Bus was late but terminal is well kept at least

Poor customer service. I asked the guy on the phone to repeat what he said and he got mad.

Great

Great service, nice workers, organized.

Very clean.

Quiet, clean, great customer service. Good overall.

Very nice people. I had a wicked head ache and the ladies offered me some Tylenol as I could go anywhere and I had to wait 5 hours for my bus to come.

0 stars! The buses are always at least 30 minutes late and when stopped at drop points drivers go into convenient stores for snacks and to talk to staff even when behind schedule

One of the cleanest bus depots in the province. Friendly and helpful attendants! (Could just be a Sudbury thing, but greatly appreciated!)

I had a very terrible experience with the customer service at this location. I was dropping off my friend and we arrived quite early, around 6:30am (I wasn't 100% sure how to get there and we stopped at Tim Hortons but no one was in the line), the bus is supposed to leave at 7:10am. We seen the bus sitting there but did not see anybody, so we sat in the car. After not seeing anyone for a bit we decided to get out of the car and check to make sure people weren't already on the bus. No one was on the bus, so we decided to just stand and wait. My friend and I were just standing talking before he had to leave, then this worker comes out and says to us in a very abrupt tone, you are supposed to be in the waiting room! Either go inside or you're not getting on my bus! We then went inside and he then again in a very abrupt tone he said, you need tags on your bags! It was still quite early around 6:40am and my friend was rushed out of the terminal, I barely got to say goodbye to him. I understand wanting to get things done, but you do not need to order people around like a drill sergeant. We are your paying customers after all.

I have had good experiences with ontario northland, mostly on time and good customer service. It seems like the service has gone down since they merged the bus depot with greyhound.

It's a beautiful place. Nice hotel with lowest price in town.

(Translated) Well organized, but too expensive (Original) Bien organisé, mais trop coûteux

Not convent. Almost out of town. 30 doller cab fair just to get there. Staff were cold and robot like. But was clean interior. Vending machines with food and drink available. Public microwave for warming your food also..

Nice enough, but can get chilly, and the wifi is spotty (make sure to ask them to restart the router if you need)

Depot is quiet, clean, and staff are friendly toward me, but I wear a gold Greyhound pin.

Lousy service, bad advice

Northland Bus lines is the one you need to take if you need to go directly to your destination without the tour across Ontario and unnecessary delays like Greyhound. I highly recommend taking Northland bus lines

The premises are far superior than Greyhound had on Notre Dame street. But of course it is not Greyhound who are responsible for the building, they rent space from Ontario Northland. In fact Greyhound have not even taken the time to update the WEB . When you look up Greyhound the site still directs you to their decrepit old building on Notre Dame in Sudbury along with the pictures are not the current location. This is typical of this company. they would not try to make it easier for the riders but cry foul. " our ridership is down " yes I wonder why ??

Friendly staff
