A fantastic vet clinic!!! Took our Ruby to Three Islands on a referral for major dental surgery. Very friendly, professional and caring. All the Doctors and support staff went above and beyond our expectations and Ruby has made a wonderful recovery.

Recently changed over to this vet and found kind friendly people who practiced covid restrictions to its maximum , surgery was needed , and successfully completed for 1/2 the estimate and only charged half , who does that ? We have now had four visits and love this place.

Their solid teamwork toward solving particularly mysterious cases has meant we have the wealth of knowledge of all the vets. In particular I appreciate the dedication to answering ally questions, being a huge ally in interpreting results and recommendations, and applying generous savings to big bills. I did not feel that my pet's care was the priority. After using this clinic for several months, I felt they were more concerned with generating income than what was best for my pet. Prices are highest of five area vets that I canvassed. You can do better elsewhere

If you love your pet, DON'T take them to Three Islands. They have a history of poor animal treatment and overpriced services. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I learned the hard way... It's difficult to find, but the horror stories are in the community, just ask around the old way (word of mouth). ALSO ASK about them being bought out by an AMERICAN CONGLOMERATE. Fenelon also. I wouldn't take a dead rat here to have it revived. I brought my pet in and 3 different "Dr.'s" gave 3 different diagnosis and conflicted each others treatment regimen. Disgusting. Shameful. YOU ALL do not deserve to be in the animal care business. ** I expect that this post will be taken down. Enough people will see, share and spread the truth. You are terrible people. Our poor little furry friends deserve better! IN RESPONSE TO THREE ISLANDS REQUEST: I will email you the Invoice dates and receipt # identifiers so that you know I was a legitimate customer. As for speaking with any of you. There is no discussion to be had. Be thankful the harm you caused other animals in the past has not been posted. When the American conglomerate acquires and moves in, this post and your adverse history will be substantiated.

I had recently moved and they only knew my dog for a year, however my dog was twelve and had many health issues. They were so kind and understanding about his conditions and even helped me find better medications for him. Sadly my Coopers time had come to an end and he had to cross the rainbow bridge not long after. I showed up with cooper absolutely devastated and could barely talk, but they knew who I was and lit a candle at the front desk that let everyone know that someone was helping their animal cross the bridge today so to be quiet and respectful. That meant the world to me. They continued to guide me through the process and what happened, they were so gentle and true to what they said. I’ll forever appreciate it. Thank you everyone

Just money grab vets. Kate is demeaning. Asked to work with other vet's instead as we did in past and they said no. Don't pay for meds if your dog has allergy issues that are mild. Animals won't fight future infections and this office makes it feel last resort. Bathe your dogs and cats!! Once a week. Don't spend 2000 dollars to realize they screwed you. Dog is doing awesome without them reaping my bank account. Hi Kate. Dont miss u. No more vets.

I’ve never been to a worse Vet clinic. I brought my cat in because she had extreme diarrhea. I told them that we’d been to an emergency clinic a month or two earlier and they did all the basic tests but couldn’t find anything wrong so I wanted further testing done. They proceeded to make me buy their food($40), then they did the same tests as the other clinics and made an educated “guess” at what was wrong. ($300) and told me to buy another type of their overpriced food ($40) (They also screwed up the appointment. After making our already sick animal not eat or drink for 12 hrs for blood tests, plus the car ride to the vet, then making us wait a half hour in the car only to be told they made a mistake and our appointment is next week and we’d have to come back and do it again then) After two weeks of still no change I called back and agreed to pay for a ridiculously overpriced ultrasound($550) only to be told it could be one of two things but they’d need to do a $2000 biopsy to know for sure. I opted to try medicine treatment first to avoid putting my pet through an operation. They said it would take a couple days for the medicine to come in. A week later I called for the medicine and was told “rudely” I’d get a call when it arrived. Another week later I called for an update and was told it still wasn’t in and they’d call me….when I pushed back I was met with rudeness and hostility and then she let it slip that they only ordered it a week ago (in other words they didn’t order it until my first call a week after they were supposed to order it) Unacceptable behaviour! They only care about the bottom line. Selling overpriced treatment and toxic foods. (Royal Canin and Hills science diet are known for being the most toxic and unhealthy foods for animals. They have corn products that cause cancer). Shame on any vets for offering this product….it’s a self fulfilling agenda. BEWARE! I’ve taken my cat to another clinic.
