Boston pizza is a very good restaurant and its kept very clean and the staff is always fast to help the customers and to refill there drinks or whatever the customers need..The prices at first I thought were a little high but after I got our food I was very satisfied and very happy because you actually get a good quantity of food. The only thing I didn't like was our server pretty much said that we had to give a tip now I do always give a tip but to me I think it should be up to the customer because what if it's a elderly person or someone that barely has any money and desires to take there better half out for a nice night out for a nice supper etc and forced to pay extra for a tip. That's just my opinion tho but other then that it's a very nice place to go and have some pizza etc

Our most recent visit to the Estevan Boston Pizza was good. I accidentally made the mistake of forgetting to say that my choice for gluten free food was due to a good allergy. The waitresses were great in saying they'd rather have my mea remade than me risk possibly getting sick. As well some of the waitresses at the restaurant have such an amazing memory as to knowing that I have allergies and remember my family as their customers. Don't find many waitresses that remember all of their customers ❤️❤️

Taste less pasta worst cactus cut potato ever and bad service, we ask for fresh parmesan on our pasta and she shredded like for a second ask again and she did the same. We did not get charged for one of the pastas cause it was very bad. Anyways, not coming back

Ate here while on a business trip by myself. Restaurant was clean. I had the medium, breaded wings and the bbq pizza. Food was good. It's typical Boston Pizza food. No complaints. The best part of my visit was the service though. The waitress that served me was wonderful. She always had a smile, replaced my drink multiple times with no wait, brought my food out in a reasonable time frame, and was very attentive (without being overbearing). While paying my bill, she mentioned that it was her first shift ever. Next time I'm in town, I'll be coming back.

If you could give 0 stars that would still be to many. floors are stained, service was slower than molasses (waited for 15 minutes before we even got asked what we wanted to drink even though the restaurant was empty), staff were very unfriendly, staff were talking in a different language, staff were yelling in the kitchen, tables and chairs were sticky, cutlery was dirty, no A/C, portion sizes were way to small, we have been coming here for years and the place has been going down hill for a long time. Wouldn't even think about coming here anymore.

First time here. Service was great but everything else fell flat. Our Boston Royal had no seasoning, little tomato sauce & bland. The mushrooms, olives, & small shrimp were thrown on after the cheese so when you picked up a slice, they all would fall off. The mushrooms looked raw and the shrimp looked like an afterthought. The overall taste was very bland.... No seasoning at all. ( It looked like maybe the crust with the pepperoni and cheese were cooked ahead of time and then the rest added when needed and heated up.) Thank goodness for some Parmesan cheese sprinkles. For $50 I expected more. The washroom also needed some maintenance - towels, commode, & sink. ???? We won't be going back.

Regular place for lunch with friends. Food comes out hot and fresh. Orders come out timely allowing for eating within lunch hour restrictions. Upset the Mac n Cheese was removed from the menus. Enjoy the make your own pasta option, allows for variety but still provides for dietary restrictions.

10/10 would recommend. I'm sooooo impressed with the new menu options! :) I shared a veggie pizza with their new VEGAN cheese and it was soooo good! For my meal I ordered the VEGAN power bowl and WOW it was so delicious and healthy!! Boston Pizza is NOW by far the most vegan friendly option in Fort Frances! I'd highly recommend if you're vegan or not ! :D Sorry no pics too excited to eat.

Don’t bother placing a delivery order from this place.. Made a phone call for a delivery order at 7:40 on a Sunday night for two items , both being appetizers. Was told that it would be around an hour wait, which I was fine with. Called back at 9:00 wondering where the food was , to be told it was on the way , *note* I live 3 minutes away from Boston Pizza. Waited till 9:40, still haven’t seen the food, called back again to be told by the manager that they never wrote my address down and they would take off money and send it out asap. Finally 10:10 comes around, two and a half hours after making the initial call, to get only a measly $4 off the order total, and on top of that after the whole wait the whole order was incorrect. Nice job BP ????????

Looking for a place to grab a bite to eat proved to be tough on a Friday so 3 stars for getting us in but the wait time was suuuuuuuper long. 3 of us ordered wings and it took easily at least 45 minutes for them to come out. My 24 wing order was short 4 wings. Then when I brought it up rather than send more or even apologize I was made to feel as if I was full of it. The first woman I talked to told me another order on the way. Then get called back by another woman who is questioning me. Like sorry but I dont need to be interrogated over my food order. I told her you know what just keep it and I won't order agian. And she said great and hung up. Real professional. Not only has this experience tainted bp for me at this location. I dont feel like I wanna go there anymore all together .

Really would avoid this place if I was you. Go support another local restaurant that puts efforts into the details. First, the decor is in tough shape. The seats are stained, the lights and ceiling fans haven’t been cleaned in a long time, the carpets visibly tired, and tables left un-cleaned long after guests left. Secondly, after waiting almost 10 minutes to be seated, we did not even receive a drink for nearly another 30mins. After finally being served another 20-25 minutes later I was brought the wrong food. The staff was friendly but so overwhelmed the mistakes were inevitable. I will not be a patron of this establishment again and recommend you don’t either.

One of the meals was forgotten. We couldn't get the servers attention for 10 minutes. When we asked, the server said they were just putting it together. I received my food, the yam fries were burnt, and my wrap had at least half a cup of mayo in it. I couldn't eat it. We asked for the bill, which took another 10 minutes, and to my surprise my meal was on the bill. I told the server the food was not edible (as my plate was still full) and she stood there and didn't say anything. I hesitantly paid, and we left. I should mention everyone else was satisfied with their meals. I wish the server had handled the situation better or got the manager to do something.

I spent a few weeks working in this town, in the time I chose to try the chicken Parmesan for a take-out meal, not satisfactory. A few weeks later I decided to dine in and see if the chicken Parmesan would be better for dine in and again it was unsatisfactory. The chicken was overcooked making the coating very dry and crunchy. The pasta was overcooked and hardly any marinara sauce. But most of all I must comment on the filth of the restaurant. The booth seats are soiled and stained, rips in the upholstery patched with duct tape and there was this table sign that said fully sanitized, there was still food remains on the table from the last people that ate there. If you’re someone like me that believes in hygiene do not eat here.

I took out my two grandchildren for a celebration supper and Unfortunately we had a bad experience. After my grandson drank some of his chocolate milk there was 3 Lil bugs in his cup. My family and I are highly impressed with the quality of both food and customer service. We placed an order for delivery and received our food before the ETA. Upon arrival we noticed a mistake was made which resulted in us not getting our chicken that we had ordered. Without hesitation our delivery lady phoned us bad apologizing profusely for the mistake and immediately drove back (across town) with our chicken. We appreciate such honesty and high quality customer care that we gave her an extra tip for all the trouble that she went through to make sure her customers were fully taken care of and satisfied. With such caring staff it’s a shame other restaurants can’t keep up with the quality of this establishments employees. Thanks again for the staff who make this restaurant great, we will be returning shortly with our business????

Server wasn't very welcoming. Chewing wad of gum. Had to request a coffee refill. The ice water served had four tiny cubes of ice which melted within five minutes. The booth we were seated in had a big tear in the seat with the stuffing exposed. That booth has been in that condition for a long time. A little duct tape please. Another booth had seat cover issues. Not impressed!!!

The service was slow and the food was cold and bland. Couldn’t find our server or a manager. Just paid at the front and left. I come to Estevan every few weeks for work and it keeps getting worse.

We came in to Ft Francis from the US to visit family. We are Canadians working and living in Texas. We went to the restaurant because it was pet friendly on their patio. Restaurants who are not should reconsider since COVID has changed how we live our lives and many people have adopted dogs since it’s inception for companions during seclusion. The staff at this location were amazing. They truly loved our dog and gave him water with ice when we sat down. There paid him the attention he loves while taking our order no their service was overall amazing!!! The hostess was also very kind and helpful. The food was delicious and I highly recommend this location to anyone!

I am sure playing "highway to hell" along with other head banging music relly loud is one reason your family restaurant is empty . This is a place to come to unwind, not feel tension from head banging music . I was so turned off i left fairly fast .I food was great and the service was decent !Very disappointing .

Very friendly and helpful clerk. Efficient online order and pickup system. Took me a while to navigate the order. Just a suggestion - the program asks for the order before it asks for the size. I almost chose the default 8" before I saw the size choice screen. (I wanted the 10" size)

Atmosphere was fantastic for our meeting and service outstanding. You can tell the staff are focused on their guest. The table had a variety of items from the menu, all of which were delicious. The pastas at this location are amazing...really impressed given the experiences we had at other restaurants in Fort Frances. Highly recommend.
